Those who know me know that songwriting is often a very highly personal thing for me and that I am often trying to reflect upon some aspect of my mindset and/or the human condition as a whole. Those who know me know that songwriting is often a very highly personal thing for me and that I am often trying to reflect upon some aspect of my mindset and/or the human condition as a whole. But, it definitely isn't all about that as a part of me also fully embraces and enjoys the “guilty pleasure” aspect of music and songwriting. Not all songs have to mean something. Sometimes a song is simply about enjoying the music and having fun... hmmm ... which I guess, when you think about, does portray a certain meaning in relation to the human condition, but I will leave such a discussion for another time when I am having a more existential moment! Lol!

So, having presented this qualifier, "I Wonder," is most definitely a "musical guilty pleasure," and one that was written years ago with some of my best friends and bandmates Todd Foxcroft, Jeff Warren, Sean Gemmill, and Jim Gemmill. Thanks boys for a great song and even greater memories! --RC
